Passwordless connect: OnlyFans access without a password

What passwordless connection means

Passwordless connection lets an integration use an authenticated platform session without asking you to submit your platform password as an API parameter. It does not mean the integration holds no sensitive data: session cookies and tokens can authorize access to the connected account.

How the connection works

For OnlyFans, you can import an existing session or complete the platform login in the hosted browser flow. In that flow, you enter your password and any two-factor code into the platform login page. CreatorAPI uses the resulting session for subsequent API requests. Follow the quickstart for the supported connection steps.

What remains sensitive

An authenticated session is an access credential even when it contains no password. Your CreatorAPI key is also sensitive because it authorizes requests within its scope. Treat both as secrets: keep them out of public code, screenshots, support messages and application logs.

Using a session avoids requiring a password in each API request, but account access still depends on how that session is handled. Session expiry, revocation and platform checks can interrupt an integration. No connection method guarantees uninterrupted access or removes all account risk.

Limit access and plan for revocation

Use a read-only API key for jobs that only retrieve data, and grant access only to the creator accounts needed by that job. Keep keys on your backend. When removing an integration, revoke its API access and review connected sessions in the platform's own settings. A platform session and a CreatorAPI key are separate credentials; consider both when responding to an exposure.
