How cancellations, refunds, and credits work at CreatorAPI.
You can cancel any time. Subscriptions are billed in advance, and fees already paid for the current period are generally not refundable. Consumed credits and credit packs are not refundable. Details are below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not automatically refund the remaining part of a paid period.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees for the current period are not refundable once the period has started.
Credits are the unit of usage. Credits you have consumed are not refundable. Unused monthly credits have no cash value, may roll over only up to the published cap, and expire when you cancel. Top up credit packs are digital goods delivered immediately and are not refundable once purchased.
If you are a first time subscriber and you contact us within 7 days of your first charge, and you have made only minimal use of the Service, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Reach us at [email protected].
If a renewal payment fails, we may give a short grace period during which your access continues. If payment is not resolved, we may pause or suspend the Service until it is.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can help quickly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension while we investigate, and repeated wrongful chargebacks may lead to termination.
Send refund and billing questions to [email protected] with your account email. We aim to reply within a few business days.
