What is and is not allowed when you use CreatorAPI.
01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with CreatorAPI. It is part of the Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to keep the Service safe and lawful.
02You must not
- Use the Service for anything illegal, or to create, store, or distribute any content that is illegal.
- Use the Service in connection with any content involving minors, or any non consensual or exploitative content. This is a zero tolerance rule and will lead to immediate termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.
- Access, operate, or manage any creator account that you do not own or are not clearly authorized to use.
- Use the Service to violate the terms or policies of any connected platform in a way that harms that platform or its users, or to circumvent security controls beyond the automation you are authorized to perform.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Collect or scrape personal data of third parties without a lawful basis and the required consents.
- Probe, scan, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure, or exceed published rate limits in a way that degrades the Service for others.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose raw Service access in a way that breaches these policies.
- Use the Service to process payments fraudulently or to launder funds.
03Your responsibilities
- Comply with the terms, policies, and laws that apply to each connected platform and to your own business.
- Obtain and keep records of any authorizations and consents you rely on.
- Verify that everyone depicted in or interacting with your content is an adult.
- Handle personal data lawfully and securely.
04Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove access to connected accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may act immediately for severe violations. Contact [email protected] with any questions or to report abuse.
